How to Install the 580-4 Dual Shunt Kit Installation for ThruArm Clutch Connectors

Step 1: Removal of Single Shunt
- Remove single shunt using a 4mm Allen key
- Discard OLD shunt and OLD M6x8 SBHCS (2) and washers (2)

Step 2: Identification
On the NEW shunts (2), the BLUE dot will indicate the LEFT side shunt (Install on the same side as the Clutch switch)

The RED dot will indicate the RIGHT side shunt

NEW M6x10 SBHCS (2) and washers (2)

Step 3: Installation of New Dual Shunt Kit
- Place right (red dot) over left (blue dot) end of the shunts, then using one M6x10 SCHCS and washer fasten to the brass part (DO NOT tighten completely)

2. Using the second M6x10 SBHCS and washer, fasten the other end of the shunts to the clutch body hole marked “DS”

3. Ensure both M6x10 SBHCS are tightened completely
