How To Install Front-End Air Blast for TOUGH GUN ThruArm Series MIG Guns

Step 1:

1. Remove the 2 screws which retain Item #1 and slide cover back to expose Item #2.
2. Locate Items #2 and #3 and remove both pieces. 
3. Once Items #2 and #3 have been removed, remove Item #4 from the front housing by loosening the pinch bolt through clearance hole in aluminum spacer.

Step 2:

1. Install Items #6 and #7 where Item #3 was removed.
2. Feed Item #5 through the exposed hole in the front of the housing and through the outer cover of Item #4 as shown below.
3. Feed tubing through until there is only enough tube remaining to connect Item #7.
4. Reinstall Item #4 into the front housing by tightening the pinch bolt through clearance hole in aluminum spacer.
5. The tube will need to be pulled out of the rear of Item #4 and connected to the compressed air source. 

Note: Items #5, #6 and #7 above are components of Air Blast Kit Part #560-500FA.
