How to Install Centerfire Consumables

Standard Installation –

Install insulator cap over neck.
Trim liner to between 5/8″ and 3/4″ beyond neck thread.
Torque diffuser onto neck to approximately 12 ft.-lbs.
Insert tip into gas diffuser.
Thread nozzle onto gas diffuser / tip and tighten firmly by hand.

Installation with Conversion Adaptor –

Install conversion adaptor.
Install insulator cap over conversion adaptor.
Trim liner to between 5/8″ and 3/4″ beyond adaptor thread.
Torque diffuser onto adaptor to approximately 12 ft.-lbs.
Insert tip into gas diffuser.
Thread nozzle onto gas diffuser / tip, and tighten firmly by hand.
